Kate joined Fifth Down in 2024. Prior to Fifth Down, she worked as an Investment Banking Analyst in the TMT and Consumer Retail Group at Goldman Sachs, advising on high-profile IPOs, follow-ons, and acquisitions. Kate also has a background in professional acting, with numerous roles in film and television. Kate earned her BA in History & Science with a focus in Neuroscience from Harvard University.
